OTKAZ REZERVACIJE:
U slučaju da rezervaciju otkažete do najkasnije 21 dan prije dolaska, cjelokupni uplaćeni iznos rezervacije će vam se vratiti u cijelosti umanjen za bankarske troškove. Otkaz rezervacije od 20 do 14 dana prije dolaska, zadržavamo 30% uplaćene rezervacije.
Otkaz rezervacije od 13 do 8 dana prije dolaska, zadržavamo 50% iznosa uplaćene rezervacije.
Otkaz rezervacije 7 dana do dolaslka, zadržavamo cjelokupni iznos uplaćene rezervacije.
CANCELLATIONS:
In the case of a cancellation above 21 days prior to the arrival, no penalty will be paid and will be returned the entire sum except for bank expenses. In the case of a cancellation between 20 and 14 days prior to the arrival Juresko.com will retain 30% of the deposit as a penalty. In the case of a cancellation between 13 and 8 days prior to the arrival customer shall pay 50% of the rent as penalty.
In the case of a cancellation under 7 days of arrival customer shall pay the entire rent as penalty.
ČIŠĆENJE/ŠTETE:
Gosta na ulasku u apartman upoznajemo sa svim prostorijama i opremom apartmana. Gost dobija sve potrebne informacije za ugodan boravak u apartmanu. Jednom kad preuzme ključ apartmana, gost postaje korisnik apartmana i obvezuje se održavati apartman i s pažnjom čuvati svu opremu apartmana. Ukoliko gost ošteti apartman ili stvari u apartmanu, dužan je o tome odmah obavijestiti vlasnika i podmiriti vlasniku nastalu štetu. Očekuje se da gost poštuje privatnost ostalih gostiju u susjednim apartmanima.
Gost je dužan prije odlaska očistiti apartman i isprazniti koš od smeća.
CLEANLINESS/DAMAGES:
The guest will be shown the flat and the functioning of the outfittings. He/She will be given all necessary information to assure him/her a smooth stay. Once guest is given the keys, he/she becomes the caretaker of the flat and it's outfittings. If the flat and its outfittings are damaged or destroyed, guest shall immediately communicate with house staff. Guest is expected to respect the surrounding neighborhood and to comply with the number of accompaning claimed persons occupying the flat. Final cleaning: the apartment must be left in order: the pottery must be cleaned, the garbage must be thrown outside the apartment.
